What Does Therapy Look Like?
I provide psychotherapy for tweens, teens, and adults navigating life’s everyday challenges, as well as more difficult struggles that may interfere with well-being and relationships.
I have specialized training in working with anxiety, depression, sexuality and sexual health, as well as separation and divorce.
I offer individual, couples, and group therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Therapy looks different for everyone. Treatment is tailored to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I work collaboratively with my clients, honoring each person as the expert in their own life.
My practice integrates insight-oriented talk therapy with mindfulness and evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
